[1] – U S Bureau of Reclamation rates calculated the Districts rates on the basis of a 42.28% CVP water supply.
[2] – U S Bureau of Reclamation Restoration Fund rate is not retroactive to March 1st.
[3] – San Luis Delta Mendota Water Authority rates are on the basis of 25% CVP supply and estimated water use.
[4] – Westlands Water District rates are calculated on the basis of 28% CVP Supply plus Other Water resulting in 463,672 AF Total Estimated Supply.
[5] – Water Exchange Obligation rate is not paid by Pre-Merged or Annexed lands.
