The District’s water service contracts with the United States require that the District adopt a Water Management Plan (Plan) that demonstrates that the District is implementing Best Management Practices to promote water conservation. This Plan is in accordance with State and Federal laws and was prepared to satisfy requirements of the Agricultural Water Management Planning Act. This Plan is to be updated every five years in conjunction with Reclamation’s Updated Standard Criteria for Agricultural and Urban Water Management Plans. This Plan was developed to meet the 2017 Standard Criteria for Agricultural and Urban Water Management Plans and includes data up to the end of Water Year 2017-18.
