Guest Speaker
Stephen Metzger is a Technical Program Manager with MLJ Environmental, where
he oversees the collection, analysis, and reporting of INMP data for Irrigated
Lands Program coalitions in both the Central Valley and Colorado River Basin
regions. He has more than 10 years of experience supporting surface and
groundwater quality projects across California. Stephen will be giving a
presentation on Nitrogen Evaluations.
