- Consider that the Board of Directors Authorize Execution of a Rate Agreement with Power and Water Resources Pooling Authority for up to 3.2 Mega Watts of Battery Solar for a Term of up to 22 years and Related Actions
- Consider a Recommendation that the Board of Directors Authorize a Grant to Pacific Gas and Electric for a 0.02 Acre Easement in the SE ¼ of Section 2 in T.17S., R.14E., M.D.B.&M.
- Receive 2019/20 Groundwater Conditions Update
- Sustainable Groundwater Management Act – Serving as the Groundwater Sustainability Agency of the Westside Subbasin, Board to receive an update and provide input on Sustainable Groundwater Management Act of 2014 (SGMA) implementation/compliance activities, including actions to implement the Groundwater Sustainability Plan.
- Finance & Administration Committee (Enos) – The Committee Chair will report and the Board will act upon recommendations of the Committee, if any, regarding the following items:

- Consider Adoption of the Revised Policy for Debt Management
- Consider Adoption of the Designated Reserve Funds Policy
- Consider Salary and Wage Transfer for New Full-time Associate Science Advisor
