NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING AND AGENDA
NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Luis Unit/Westlands Water District Financing Authority will be held on February 4, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Westlands Water District’s Fresno Office, 3130 N. Fresno Street, Fresno, California 93703.
Public Comment – Any member of the public may address the Board concerning any matter on the agenda before or, for open session items, during its consideration of that matter. Public comment is limited to three minutes per person and no more than fifteen minutes per topic. For good cause, the Board President may waive these limitations.

- Presentation of The Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement -The Board of Directors of the Authority will receive the fully executed Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement that formed the San Luis Unit/Westlands Water District Financing Authority
- Board to Receive Report by Executive Director Establishing the Offices and Designating the Dates and Locations of Regular Meetings of the Authority
- Board to Receive Report of Filing of Notice of a Joint Powers Agreement with the Secretary of State of California
- Board to Receive Report on Preparation of Conflict of Interest Code
- Board to Consider Engagement of Bond Counsel
- Board to Consider Engagement of General Counsel
- Board to Consider Approval of Resolution 101-20 of the Board of Directors of San Luis Unit/Westlands Water District Financing Authority Authorizing the Issuance of Not to Exceed $250,000,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of Revenue Bonds and Approving the Execution and Delivery of Certain Documents in Connection Therewith and Certain Other Matters, and Authorizing Actions in Furtherance Thereof
