Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Water Policy Committee of the Board of Directors of Westlands Water District will be held on July 20, 2021 at 11:00 a.m., at the District’s Fresno Office, 3130 N. Fresno Street, Fresno, California 93703.

Committee to Consider Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 15, 2021.
Committee to Consider Recommendation that the Board of Directors Authorizes (1) Execution of the San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority First Amended and Restated Los Vaqueros Reservoir Expansion Project Activity Agreement, (2) and Multi-Party Cost Share Agreement Amendment 3, and (3) Actions related thereto.
Committee to Consider a Land and Groundwater Exchange Concepts.
Committee to Consider Proposed Criteria for Potential Program that Provides Continued Benefits to Non-Irrigable Lands.
Committee to Receive Report on Past, Present, and Projected Water Supply and Use and Central Valley Project/State Water Project Operations.

    3. NE ¼ Section 19 in T.15S., R.15E., M.D.B.&M; and

    5. W ½ Section 26 in T.15S., R.14E., M.D.B.&M excluding approximately 40 acres.

Committee to Consider Recommendation that the Board of Directors Authorizes the General Manager or Designee to Execute an Amendment to the Option Agreement with Clearway Energy Group, LLC. on 1,283 acres of District Owned Land for Purchase in Sections 23, 24, 25 and 26 in T.15S., R.14E3., M.D.B.&M.
