Westlands Accepting Board of Directors Declarations of Candidacy
Westlands Water District will be accepting Declarations of Candidacy from July 3 to July 28, 2017, for the all-mail ballot election scheduled for October 24, 2017, to fill four positions on the Board of Directors.
Any person over the age of 18 and either owning land, the legal representative (a corporate official or guardian, executor or administrator) of a landowner, or a representative designated in writing by a landowner within the District is eligible to run for a position on the Board. Candidates must declare their eligibility by filing a Declaration of Candidacy form with the District Secretary by 5 p.m. on July 28, 2017.
Declarations of Candidacy will be accepted for four positions with terms of offices of four years, currently held by Dan Errotabere, Gary Esajian, Don Peracchi, and Sarah Woolf.
