2026-27 Supplemental Payment Plan
On April 21, 2026, the General Manager exercised her authority under Section 10 of the District’s Terms & Conditions for Agricultural Water Service to establish a payment plan for the 2026-27 Supplemental program advance charges. The payment plan is as follows:
- Will be payable in three equal monthly installments over three (3) months;
- The installments will include interest equal to the District’s rate of return available on its investment vehicles (currently 3.75%), with interest accrued daily on the outstanding balance;
- The outstanding balance may be paid in full at any time without penalty; and
- All payments under the plan must be made prior to the allocation of supplemental water to the water user.
Any water user participating in the 2026-27 Supplemental Water program who would like to utilize this payment plan must submit the attached form to Customer Accounting at customeraccounting@wwd.ca.gov by the end of business on May 31st.

2026-27 Supplemental Water Request Adjustments
The District will continue to accept late requests for Supplemental Water until further notice. The District will make on average 0.25 AF/acre Supplemental Water available for allocation on or about May 1, 2026. Growers are encouraged to assess their water budgets to evaluate whether a reduction in their supplemental water request is warranted. Once supplemental water is allocated, it cannot be reduced or cancelled. Provided the District has not yet secured the supply, growers may adjust their requests accordingly. The estimated delivered cost is $775-$800/AF.
