Regular Meeting of Westlands Water District’s Board of Directors
Notice is hereby given, the regular meeting of Westlands Water District’s Board of Directors scheduled for Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the District’s Five Points Office, 23050 W. Mt. Whitney, Five Points, California 93624, and all committee meetings scheduled for this day, have been cancelled. On March 10, 2020, the District was notified that two Directors and two management staff may have been exposed to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) during a recent meeting of the San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority Board of Directors. Therefore, to avoid further potential transmission of the virus, District President Dan Errotabere decided to cancel the District Board of Directors meeting.
Annual Water Users’ Workshop
The Annual Water Users’ Workshop, which was scheduled for March 17, 2020, is also cancelled. In lieu of the Workshop, the District management staff will conduct a Growers Conference Call at 1:30 p.m. on March 17. Additional information on the conference call will be provided to landowners and water users by separate notice.
