NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the process for opening, validating, inputting data into the computer, and tallying the votes cast in Westlands Water District’s General Election of November 8, 2022, will take place at the District’s Fresno Office at 3130 N. Fresno Street in Fresno, California on the following dates and at the following times:

The County of Fresno is experiencing a Low Community Level as measured by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) COVID-19 Community Level Framework. During a Low Community Level, individuals may choose to wear a face mask at any time. Individuals with symptoms, who tested positive, or were exposed to someone with COVID-19 should wear a face mask. Should the Community Level Framework increase, the District will update its requirements as appropriate.
