The deadline to submit applications for supplemental water is close of business on May 31, 2024. Details regarding the 2024-2025 Supplemental Water program, and a link to the Supplemental Water Agreement are provided in Notice 740.
If you would like to be part of the 2024-2025 Supplemental Water program, please complete the linked agreement and return it to the Fresno Office no later than the close of business on May 31, 2024, by one of the following means.
- Mail to: Westlands Water District, P.O. Box 5199, Fresno, CA 93755. You may also hand deliver the agreement to the District’s Fresno Office, at 286 W. Cromwell Ave, Fresno, CA 93711.

Agreements not received at the District or postmarked by the due date will not be considered timely. Late requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis after timely requests are filled.
