At its November 18 meeting, the Board authorized allocations of approximately 6,000 AF of 2025 Cushion Water and 4,500 AF of 2025 System Gain. Additionally, the District also allocated 4,000 AF of recently acquired Other Water.
- Cushion Water was allocated to users who have remaining eligible CVP contract water requests, in accordance with Article 2.3 of the Regulations for Allocation and Use of Agricultural Water within Westlands Water District.
- System Gain was allocated in direct proportion to the water used by each water user from March through October 2025.
- Other Water was allocated toward remaining unfulfilled requests.
