The Westlands Water District 2022 General Election, scheduled for November 8, 2022, is quickly approaching. As a reminder to all landowners, the District established a pre-authorization process for landowners to submit Authorization to Vote and Appointment of Proxy forms. The pre-authorization process provides landowners with additional time to complete the form(s) if necessary and desired. The pre-authorization process was described in Notice No. 671 issued on July 7, 2022, and may be accessed at Notice No. 671.
If you would like to take advantage of the pre-authorization process, there is still time. Although the District is implementing the pre-authorization process, a landowner may submit a form at any time up until the close of the election.
