Year-End Leveling of Water User Accounts
Article 2. Regulations for the Allocation and Use of Agricultural Water Within Westlands Water District, Section 10. Rescheduled Water, Subsection E., allows a water user to adjust their water user accounts through internal transfers of Rescheduled Water.
This year, the District will accept internal transfers of Rescheduled Water that are
received by the District no later than Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., to provide water users the maximum opportunity to reschedule water.
To level accounts, water users must complete and submit the attached Water Transfer Agreement by fax to (559) 241‑6276 or by email to customeraccounting@wwd.ca.gov.
All internal transfers received and approved by the District by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, will be used to determine year-end water user account balances. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.
Year-End Order of Loss
Water users may also submit an Order of Loss by Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. If submitted, it will determine the order in which losses are applied for year‑end cap loss. The attached Order of Loss form may be used, or the order of loss request may be faxed to (559) 241‑6276 or emailed to customeraccounting@wwd.ca.gov.
Order of Loss requests received after the deadline will not be accepted.
