Based on direction provided by the Board of Directors at its Special Meeting on March 15, 2023, flood flows and Section 215 water available from the Mendota Pool will be ratably allocated to water users with outstanding requests for Central Valley Project Contract Water. The cost of these water types will be approximately $170/acre-foot, delivered.
Accordingly, water users are not required to submit the agreement that was attached to Notice 696.
